Mentor support programs in schools provide an opportunity for collegial discussions and form a significant component of the professional learning of graduate and experienced teachers.

This program is supported by the AISV, Catholic Education Offices and the DEECD. 

Mentor Program 2012

The mentor support program is a two day program that provides significant professional learning around ways to best support teachers new to the profession. The evidence based process that PRTs use to apply for full registration is incorporated into the content of both days. Consequently teachers who register must be in a position to attend both days.
