To apply for registration as a teacher, you are required to complete an online application for teacher registration and submit it to the Institute electronically.

Your registration can be finalised once you provide all required documents and your application has been assessed (please refer to the Registration process).

You will be eligible to teach when you have been granted Provisional registration or Full registration or permission to teach. 

I am applying for registration as:

• a teacher with registration or accreditation in another Australian State or Territory, or in New Zealand.
• an overseas qualified teacher.
• a teacher returning to the profession.
