If you are qualified, and are able to provide evidence that you have sufficient teaching experience as a qualified teacher, you may be able to demonstrate at the time of application that you meet the standards of professional practice required for full registration in Victoria. If so, you should complete an online application using Form A - Application for Registration addressing the questions in Section 7.

If the Institute determines that the evidence provided in your application does not meet the standards of professional practice required for  full registration, but all other requirements for registration are met, the Institute will grant you provisional registration.
