Reapplying for provisional registration
If you are unable to achieve the standards of professional practice required for full registration within your two year period, you can reapply by completing the Re-application for Provisional Registration Form R.
You will not be required to represent the documentation you provided with your original application. Once the Institute receives your re-application, you will be invoiced for an application fee to cover the costs of a new National Criminal History Record Check and of processing your application.
Once you have successfully reapplied for another period of provisional registration you are free to apply full registration as soon as you can demonstrate you have met the standards.
PRTs working as CRTs
A professional learning day has been planned for PRTs working as CRTs. A major focus will be planning and applying for full registration in the context of CRT work.
